Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The product was not delivered due to a system error
- The product does not match the description
- The product is defective or non-functional
- Duplicate purchase was made by mistake
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products that have been used or redeemed
- Issues caused by user error
- Third-party service issues beyond our control
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Open a support ticket in our Discord server
- Provide your order ID and transaction details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Wait for our team to review your request (usually within 24 hours)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your wallet balance or original payment method within 3-7 business days, depending on the payment method used.
